MONGOLIAN BBQ
Kublai Khan was Emperor of the Mongol Empire during the 13th century and was the grandson of the fearsome Genghis Khan. The Victory Feast is inspired by a traditional meal eaten by mongol warriors that has been adapted for local fresh ingredients.
Diners select from a smorgasbord of thinly sliced meats, vegetables, and sauces. The ingredients are stir-fried over a large wood fired cast iron grill by a skilled chef using giant chopsticks. The round grill represents a battle shield and can reach temperatures of up to 300 °C.
